We have worked with schools to:

Develop the cultural competencies of educators to increase the academic success and graduation rates of students from poverty
Promote school, family, community and business alliances for enhancing academic achievement of all students
Present keynotes and staff development institutes on levering diversity as a positive force in educational reform
Guide school administrators to develop inclusive, diverse, high performing teams at all levels in school districts
Strengthen labor and management alliances when responding to the needs of increasingly diverse school populations
Promote strategies that will increase parental involvement from underrepresented groups and target the fears and actions of educators who might resist involving parents
Expose hidden rules that are responsible for the academic failure of students without a middle-class framework
Increase reading programs and venues for children who must develop the middle-class framework for academic success and graduation
